Step 2: preparations for the exhibition (for in-person participants):
Prepare your art objects for the exhibition. After receiving the label with the assigned number, print it and place it in the right lower corner of the art object. Labels can be attached to a subframe or canvas, as well as to decorative elements (frames, stands, etc.).
Step 3: submission to the exhibition (for in-person participants):
Admission of the originals of works for the exhibition: October 1, from 12PM to 6PM. The works are submitted for the exhibition with the transfer act.
OPTIONS OF PRESENTATION AT THE EXHIBITION: The exhibits will be displayed as follows: a) Classic option: author present an original work or a copy prepared for the exhibition; b) Photocopies at the exhibition in the art catalogue: the works will be printed on paper (remote participation); c) Exhibition of photocopies on foam cardboard (remote participation); r) Exhibition of photocopies in the frame (remote participation).

In this case an author receives the following set of services: 1) Placement of works at the exhibition; 2) Publication in the catalogue (copies are paid separately, to book one visit the website www.artindex.pro); 3) Diploma of a participant or a winner; 4) Participation in the competition programme.

OPTION "REMOTE PARTICIPATION": Presentation of photocopies Photocopies of the contest works are printed on paper basis (A3) in the art book, placed on the exhibition and published in the catalogue.
