Important comments before starting registration:

We invite artists and masters of abstract art to take part in the International exhibition-competition of modern art "ART IDEAS OF THE 21ST CENTURY".

Theme: Avant-garde reincarnation. 21st century

EXHIBITION DATES: September 15-21, 2024

REGISTRATION: until September 12, 2024

Methods of participation: IN PERSON and IN ABSENTIA.

Exhibition address: Exhibition hall "Art-Commune in Trade and hotel complex "Kievsky" (Moscow, Kyiv st., 2, TGC "Kievskiy", 4th floor).

Step 1: registration

Both in-person and remote participants send the same set of materials!
The author registers each work separately by clicking on the link: REGISTRATION FOR THE CONTEST

You must attach a copy of the entry fee payment in the registration forms.

Step 2: preparations for the exhibition (for in-person participants):

Prepare your art objects for the exhibition.
After receiving the label with the assigned number, print it and place it in the right lower corner of the art object. Labels can be attached to a subframe or canvas, as well as to decorative elements (frames, stands, etc.).

Step 3: submission to the exhibition (for in-person participants):

Admission of the originals of works for the exhibition: October 1, from 12PM to 6PM.
The works are submitted for the exhibition with the transfer act.

OPTIONS OF PRESENTATION AT THE EXHIBITION:
The exhibits will be displayed as follows:
a) Classic option: author present an original work or a copy prepared for the exhibition;
b) Photocopies at the exhibition in the art catalogue: the works will be printed on paper (remote participation);
c) Exhibition of photocopies on foam cardboard (remote participation);
r) Exhibition of photocopies in the frame (remote participation).

I. OPTION "IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION": classical form of exhibiting art objects
The works are exhibited on the wall surfaces or placed on cabinets / stands / racks and published in the exhibition catalogue.
In this case an author receives the following set of services:
1) Placement of works at the exhibition;
2) Publication in the catalogue (copies are paid separately, to book one visit the website www.artindex.pro);
3) Diploma of a participant or a winner;
4) Participation in the competition programme.

Additional Features:
Participants and/or winners receive discounts for the next participation in the project.

II. OPTION "REMOTE PARTICIPATION": Presentation of photocopies
Photocopies of the contest works are printed on paper basis (A3) in the art book, placed on the exhibition and published in the catalogue.
In this case an author receives the following set of services:
1) Placement of works at the exhibition;
2) Publication in the catalogue (copies are paid separately, to book one visit the website www.artindex.pro);
3) Diploma of participant or winner;
4) Participation in the competition programme.
Additional Features:
1) Participants and/or winners receive discounts on subsequent participation in the project;
2) Participants may choose a special design for their works - frame or foam
