Information for participants

registration process

STEP 1: Preparation

1) prepare photos of your works (.JPG, .TIF, up to 20 Mb);

2) upload it to a file-sharing website https://ru.files.fm or https://files.fm . The system will generate links for each uploaded file. Copy them and insert when filling in the registration form. 

STEP 2: Registration

Each work has to be registered separately.

1) Choose your preferred form of participation. In-person participation includes presenting the original works at the exhibition. Remote participation includes presenting photocopies of your works;

 

2) Fill in the registration form:

STEP 3: Confirmation

The organizing committee confirms the possibility of participation in the exhibition and sends a link to pay the organizational contribution.

STEP 4: Exhibition

 

IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION:

Prepare your artworks for the exhibition.

Important: Each work must contain hinges, hooks, etc., to hang it; large art objects must have stands for exhibiting or something to prevent them from falling.

Materials that have to be submitted with the artwork:

a) Label for each artwork

b) Transfer act

The works for the exhibition can be handed over at the organizing committee office or at the exhibition site on certain dates

1) Preliminary reception of works (until September 22, 2022) at the organizing committee office (Moscow, Krymskiy Val st., 8/2, office "Eurasian Artistic Union"). The organizing committee will transport the works to the exhibition.

2) Reception at the exhibition site (September 21, 2022): Moscow,  Andropova ave, 17, building 1; Works are to be handed over on September 21, 2022, strictly from 10:00 to 15:00 (10AM-3PM)

 

REMOTE PARTICIPATION:

The organizing committee will print and arrange the works according to the requested options. All authors can visit the exhibition and its programs free of charge.

Both in-person and remote participants take part in the competition program and have equal rights.

 

 

 

IN-PERSON:

1) Original works;
2) Giclee.


REMOTE:

1) Photocopies in art-book: 

 

The organizing committee prints photos on paper and places them at the exhibition in the form of an art-book (A3, 4+0);

 

2) Photocopies on paper in frame (40*50 cm.)

 

The organizing committee prints photos, frames them and places them at the exhibition.

 

3) Photocopies on foam cardboard: 

 

The organizing committee prints photos and places them at the exhibition.

 

4) Photocopies on canvas and subframe: 

For remote participants: printing on canvas and decoration on the sub-frame (you can choose the necessary parameters and order the production on the website https://davincist.ru; the delivery address should be: Moscow, 119049, Serafimovicha st., 2, box 7, office "Eurasian Art Union"). The Organizing Committee will receive a finished product and will place it at the exhibition (in this case you don't need to pay for transportation to the exhibition site). 

Important: it is necessary for the organizing committee to receive art objects until August 16, 2023 inclusive (opening hours: 10AM-6PM, Mon-Fri).

Note: within one week after the exhibition, you can receive a canvas or photocopy on paper for free.

THE EXPERT COUNCIL (JURY)

The Expert Council (jury) is formed to assess the artworks. The Expert Council consists of the following professional groups:
a) Members of art unions and associations;
b) Representatives of specialized media;
c) representatives of production companies;
r) art critics.
The work of the Expert Council (jury) includes the assessment of the art objects submitted to the competition on a 10-point system.
The scores are summed up and the average arithmetic score is determined. On its basis the winners are determined.

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS AND AWARDS


At the end of the exhibition, all participants receive diplomas of the participant (the number of diplomas is equal to the number of competitive works). All participants receive diplomas in both electronic and paper form.

 

CATALOGUE


All participants are published in a full-color catalogue. The catalogue is available in both Russian and English. To book the catalogue, please fill in the "Waiting list".

COPYRIGHT MARKS AND SIGNATURES
A signature, seal or any other identification mark of authorship is allowed anywhere in the photo image. Subsequently, the contest images are published with the author's distinctive signs. Inscriptions with the names of art objects on the front side are not allowed.

 

THE USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES OF THE COMPETITION WORKS AND THE AUTHOR'S NAME
Copyright and all other rights remain with the artist. In the case when art objects are submitted to the competition by the author's representative (producer), the responsibility for authorship lies with the applicant. The Organizing Committee has the right to use the name (pseudonym) and photographic images of art objects participating in the competition and exhibition for the purpose of advertising and popularization of International Projects organized by the World Fund for the Arts, and non-commercial use as illustrations and publications in the media. All participants understand that any image submitted to the competition can be used by the project for marketing and advertising purposes, including non-commercial
